I am currently dealing with combination of freezing (slowness) and "crashes" and am trying to see it UNchecking use Word to edit email might help these problems.

My work in computer field encompasses three major stretches of employment in the vicinity of a decade each: insurance computer systems and office automation, now theological seminary tech and network support. After leaving graduate school in 1969 I was able to get a computer-related job before the end of January, 1974. Learning is my lifelong passion.

I library staff person that I support (technical) wants a numbered list where the high number is the first item and the numbers decrease down to number 1 for the bottom item on the list. The feather in Word for a numbered list goes 1, 2, 3, etc. This person wants 9, 8, 7, ... 1 instead. No, the staff person is not named Letterman.
